Certificate of Good Standing and Apostille

Good Standing confirms the entity’s current registry status. Apostille may be needed when an EU recipient requires authentication of a public document — not automatically for every use.

Important distinctionThe Wyoming Secretary of State offers an online Certificate of Good Standing free of charge. Our service is relevant where the recipient requirements, formal document route, Apostille, translation or delivery of originals need to be coordinated.
