OutcomeThe Annual Report is due each year on the first day of the LLC's anniversary month. The service ends with filing evidence and an updated date for the next report.
IMPORTANT: a missed filing affects entity statusThe Wyoming Secretary of State states that an entity becomes delinquent on the second day of the month following its due month. If the report is not filed within 60 days after the due date, the entity may be administratively dissolved.
