Effective date: May 1, 2026
1. Operator and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Po Kolei website available at pokolei.com. The operator of the website is Go Solutions LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. General contact is available at office@go-solutions.org. Legal, privacy, takedown and rights-related notices should be sent to office@go-solutions.org.
By using the website, the user acknowledges these Terms to the extent applicable to the relevant use of the website. If the user does not accept these Terms, the user should stop using the website. These Terms cover both current and future website functions, including comments, newsletters, contact forms, analytics, advertising, social media tools, AI tools and automation.
2. Editorial nature of the website
Po Kolei is an informational, explanatory, educational, commentary and editorial website. It publishes articles, explainers, commentary, analyses, timelines, summaries and materials concerning public matters, the internet, technology, business, society, media, public figures, companies, institutions and events. The website may rely on publicly available sources, including documents, reports, statements, public registers, judgments, statutes, media publications, social media posts, institutional publications, press materials and other source materials.
Content may include summaries, simplifications, editorial selection, commentary, opinion, interpretation, comparison of sources and a subjective editorial structure. Publication of material concerning a person, company, institution or event does not determine guilt, liability, unlawfulness, wrongdoing or the truth of all source claims. Some materials may concern disputed matters, ongoing proceedings, allegations, controversies or public debate.
3. No professional advice
The website is not a law firm, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, accounting adviser, medical provider, psychological service provider or professional consultancy. The content is informational, educational, journalistic and editorial. It does not constitute legal, tax, investment, financial, medical, psychological, professional, business or other advisory services.
The operator does not provide individual recommendations and does not assess the user's personal, legal, financial, medical, professional or business situation. The user relies on the content at the user's own risk. Before making decisions that may have legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, professional, personal or business consequences, the user should obtain appropriate professional advice and independently verify the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information.
4. Sources, links and external content
The website may link to external sources, documents, media, social media platforms, databases, registers, press materials, videos, maps, graphics and embedded content. The operator does not control all external content and does not guarantee its availability, completeness, accuracy, timeliness or legality. A link to an external website does not mean endorsement or assumption of responsibility for that website.
Embedded content, including content from YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, maps, document platforms or similar services, may behave as if the user visited the external platform directly. The external platform may collect technical data, use cookies, pixels, device identifiers or similar technologies under its own terms and policies.
5. No warranties and limitation of liability
The operator uses reasonable editorial efforts to provide useful content, but does not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current, error-free, available or fit for any particular purpose. Content may contain mistakes, outdated information, simplifications, omissions, differences in interpretation, source claims later challenged by others, or editorial opinions with which the user may disagree.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for decisions taken by users on the basis of the website, for lost profits, indirect, consequential, reputational, business or financial damage, or for damage resulting from website unavailability, technical errors, external links, social media content, actions of technology providers or source materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
6. Use of AI and automation
The operator may use AI, AI agents, generative systems and automation tools for drafting, editing, proofreading, translation, summarisation, research, source discovery, source organisation, timelines, comparison of materials, SEO optimisation, graphic generation, social media descriptions, newsletters, moderation, analytics, security and website management. These tools may include AI providers, SEO tools, graphic editors, automation platforms, security tools and analytics tools.
Use of AI does not mean that all content is fully generated automatically. Website content may be created, co-created, edited, checked, translated, summarised, corrected or modified with the assistance of AI. The operator may apply human editorial review, selection and correction before publication, but does not guarantee that AI or editorial review will detect all errors, inaccuracies, manipulation, false information, omissions or outdated sources.
AI may produce erroneous, incomplete, outdated, simplified, biased or imprecise results. The user should not treat AI-assisted content as the sole basis for legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, professional, personal or business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user decisions based on content prepared, processed or improved with AI assistance.
7. AI and editorial responsibility
The website is editorial and journalistic in nature. Use of AI does not remove editorial responsibility for the decision to publish, topic selection, source selection, structure, summaries, context, commentary or evaluation. Publication may involve source selection, information selection, synthesis, interpretation, commentary, chronology and a subjective assessment of relevance.
The operator may correct, update, remove, label or add context to content if errors, new sources, corrections, official decisions, judgments, explanations by affected persons or other material circumstances emerge after publication. The operator is not required to maintain every version of material or publish every editorial change unless required by applicable law or an editorial decision.
8. AI graphics and visual materials
The operator may use AI to create illustrative graphics, banners, social media graphics, infographics, mockups, symbolic reconstructions, editorial scenes and conceptual materials. AI graphics may be illustrative, symbolic, metaphorical, editorial, reconstructive or conceptual and need not depict real persons, places, documents or events. A graphic published with an article primarily has an illustrative and editorial function.
If an AI graphic shows an editorial, symbolic or reconstructive scene, it should not be interpreted as a documentary photograph, evidence, factual representation of events or faithful depiction of specific persons, places, documents or situations unless expressly stated otherwise. If AI material may be perceived as a realistic depiction of a person, event, statement or document, the operator should consider labelling it as an illustration, reconstruction, concept material or AI-generated or AI-assisted material.
AI graphics should not suggest that a specific person committed an act, made a statement, participated in an event or was depicted in an authentic situation unless this follows from the article and its sources. The operator may remove, modify, label or add context to AI graphics after a credible notice concerning image rights, privacy, personal rights, copyright, trademarks or third-party rights.
9. Labelling AI content
The operator may label graphics or content as created, co-created or supported by AI where required by law, the nature of the material, the risk of misleading the audience or an editorial decision. The operator may decide not to label every auxiliary proofreading, translation, formatting, source organisation, SEO optimisation or technical editorial step performed with AI if it does not change the substance of the publication and labelling is not legally required.
10. Copyright, licences and AI materials
The website, its texts, graphics, layout, logo, branding, compilations, editorial materials, content databases, category structure and AI-assisted elements may be legally protected. The operator uses or may use AI tools under the terms, licences or conditions of their providers. Rights in AI materials may depend on the terms of the specific tool, jurisdiction, degree of human contribution, manner of development and applicable law.
The operator does not transfer any rights in content, graphics, layout, logo, branding, compilations, databases or AI-assisted materials to users unless expressly stated otherwise. Users may use content only within the limits of law, including quotation, fair use or other mandatory exceptions. The mere fact that AI was used does not mean that material is rights-free, public domain or freely reusable.
11. Prohibited use
The user must not copy, scrape, excessively index, mass-download, reproduce, sell, train models on, create databases from, commercially exploit or automatically process website materials without the operator's consent, except to the extent permitted by law. Circumventing security, reverse engineering, vulnerability testing without consent, infrastructure overload, spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, form manipulation, unlawful content and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
The operator may block IP addresses, email domains, accounts, queries, comments, forms, bots or other activity where justified by security, infrastructure protection, protection of the operator's or third-party rights, anti-spam, abuse prevention or violations of these Terms.
12. Comments
If comments are enabled, they are optional and may be moderated before or after publication. The user has no right to have a comment published. The operator may refuse publication, remove, shorten, hide, label, block or return a comment to moderation where the operator considers it appropriate. Detailed rules are set out in the Comment Policy.
Comments may be analysed by anti-spam systems, security systems, captcha providers, automated moderation, AI or AI agents. The operator is not required to disclose detailed filtering rules where doing so could facilitate circumvention of safeguards.
13. Newsletter
If a newsletter is launched, subscription will require an email address and, depending on configuration, confirmation through double opt-in. The newsletter may include new articles, weekly summaries, service updates, editorial materials and promotional content only where the user's consent covers that scope. Each newsletter should include an unsubscribe mechanism.
AI may be used to prepare newsletter topics, article summaries, editorial sections, titles, descriptions, A/B tests and campaign performance analysis. Personalisation, marketing profiling, behavioural segmentation or remarketing should be used only to the extent consistent with the applicable legal basis and the user's consent.
14. Social media and advertising
The website may operate or link to profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X and other social media platforms. Clicking a link, using a share button or interacting with embedded content may transmit data to an external platform, which may act as a separate controller for its own services.
If the operator implements tools such as Meta Pixel, X Ads Pixel, Google AdSense, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, remarketing, session recording or similar technologies, they will be covered by appropriate notices and consent mechanisms where required by law.
15. Reporting errors, corrections and infringements
Reports concerning errors, updates, privacy, personal rights, copyright, image rights, improper AI use, AI graphics, embedded content, links or other infringements should be sent to office@go-solutions.org. The operator may request clarification, documents, URL identification, description of the infringement, legal basis, contact details and a statement that the notice is accurate.
The operator may correct, supplement, label, update, remove or refuse to remove material depending on the legal assessment, public interest, freedom of expression, editorial nature, quotation right, fair use, available sources and third-party rights. The Takedown & Copyright Notice provides a more detailed procedure.
16. Availability, changes and technical functions
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, security, updates, hosting issues, actions of third-party providers, attacks, configuration errors or other events. The operator may change design, functions, content scope, categories, slugs, tools, technology providers and legal documents.
17. Governing law and venue
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules leading to another law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, courts located in Wyoming, United States, are the venue for disputes. This does not affect mandatory protective rules that may apply to users under consumer, data protection, ePrivacy, electronic communications, copyright or other mandatory laws.
