Comment Policy for Po Kolei
Effective date: May 1, 2026
1. Nature of comments
Comments on Po Kolei, if enabled, are optional. The operator may enable, disable, limit or temporarily suspend comments under all or selected materials. Publication of a comment is not guaranteed, and the user has no right to have a comment published on the website.
A comment expresses the user's view, not the operator's view. The user is responsible for the comment, including any violation of law, personal rights, privacy, image rights, copyright, trade secrets, professional confidentiality, external platform rules or third-party rights.
2. Moderation
The operator may use manual, automated, anti-spam, security and AI-assisted moderation, including AI agents. A comment may be automatically blocked, hidden, flagged for moderation, shortened, removed or not published. The operator may moderate comments before or after publication and may close discussion under a material.
AI may assist in detecting spam, hate speech, unlawful content, third-party personal data, threats, phishing, malware, manipulation, advertising links and violations of the Terms. The operator is not required to explain detailed anti-spam, security or AI filtering rules where doing so could facilitate circumvention. A moderation error may be reported to office@go-solutions.org.
3. Prohibited content
Comments must not contain unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, violate standards of public debate or threaten the security of the website. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- personal data of third parties, sensitive data, addresses, phone numbers, documents, private correspondence or confidential information published without a legal basis;
- allegations of crime, abuse, fraud, corruption, illness, addiction or other claims affecting personal rights without adequate factual basis;
- threats, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, dehumanisation, discriminatory or degrading content;
- spam, advertising, affiliate links, self-promotion, traffic manipulation, astroturfing or organised campaigns without the operator's consent;
- content infringing copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, image rights or other third-party rights;
- malware, phishing, links to harmful sites, attempts to bypass security or instructions for technical abuse.
4. Personal data and confidentiality
The user should not publish personal data of third parties, sensitive data, professional secrets, confidential documents or information that the user does not want to disclose publicly or to technology providers. A comment may be visible publicly, indexed by search engines and processed by anti-spam, hosting, security, AI or automation tools.
If a user believes that a comment contains the user's personal data or infringes privacy, personal rights, image rights, copyright or other rights, the user should report it to office@go-solutions.org with the URL, comment content, description of infringement and contact details.
5. Anti-spam tools and providers
Comments may be processed by WordPress, Akismet, Antispam Bee, Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, Gravatar, Cloudflare, hosting, security tools, AI tools or similar solutions. These tools may analyse IP address, user agent, comment content, email address, email hash, form data, user behaviour, captcha token and risk signals.
Providers may process data in the United States or other third countries under their own terms and policies. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy provide further details.
6. Blocks, removals and public authorities
The operator may block IP addresses, email domains, user names, keywords, network ranges or comments that violate the rules or create risk for the website. The operator may retain a copy of a comment, logs and technical data where needed to investigate abuse, defend against claims, pursue claims or comply with legal obligations.
Where required by law, a binding authority request or the need to protect the operator's or third-party rights, the operator may disclose relevant data to competent authorities, legal advisers or technical providers. The operator does not disclose details of such actions where this could violate law, security, privacy or the effectiveness of proceedings.
7. No archiving obligation
The operator is not required to store, restore or provide comments to users. Comments may be removed together with a material, website migration, change of comment system, technical update or editorial decision.
